V-Sit Hold
A bodyweight movement used in 1 AMRAP workout in the library.

How to do it
Balance entirely on your sit bones. Elevate straight legs to a 45-degree angle and lean your torso back slightly, reaching your arms forward parallel to the floor.
The coaching cue
"Balance on the razor's edge."
What changes inside an AMRAP
If your lower back rounds, the hold is broken. Pull your knees slightly toward your chest to reset the flat spine.
Common mistakes
- Bending the knees to hold the legs up as the hold goes on.
- Rounding the lower back and settling behind the sit bones.
